Savvy Mediation was established in 2024 as an expansion of the long‑standing success of Tampa Bay Mediation, founded by Diane McSpiritt in 2005. Diane created Tampa Bay Mediation to provide individuals and families with an affordable, accessible alternative to litigation across a wide range of disputes. As the need for high‑quality, cost‑effective mediation grew throughout Florida, she expanded the practice to serve clients statewide. Today, Savvy Mediation proudly offers services not only across Florida but also in Texas.

While Savvy Mediation handles a broad spectrum of cases, the practice is particularly experienced in family law and business disputes, with a strong focus on complex multi‑party mediations. Our team assists clients with divorce, custody and parenting plans, child support, estate and inheritance matters, elder‑care decisions, and guardianship issues, providing steady guidance during some of life’s most challenging transitions.

Collectively, our mediators have resolved thousands of cases spanning numerous areas of the law, including homeowner’s insurance claims, landlord‑tenant disputes, HOA matters, automobile repair and accident claims, workplace conflict, wedding‑related disagreements, consumer complaints, business contract issues, and credit‑related disputes. Our experience allows us to approach each case with insight, neutrality, and a commitment to helping parties reach meaningful, lasting resolution.
